      • Register to create an account 

      • Here, you can set up automatic payments, make a one time payment using a credit or debit card, withdraw funds directly from your checking account, or activate paperless billing

 

Use Wave's Automated Phone System


    • Our automated phone system accepts one-time credit / debit card payments and bank check by phone payments

    • Call 1-866-928-3123 (1-866-WAVE123) to pay using the automated phone system

 

Mail your Payment


    • With your bill payment stub, mail a check or money order to:

      • PO Box 31001-2714, Pasadena, CA 91110-2714 

 

Pay in Person at a Wave Payment Center


    • Visit one of our many convenient payment centers to pay in person

    • Confirm the hours of your local payment center and stop by to make a payment with a local representative

    • Payment centers accept cash, checks, money orders and credit cards
